If you are using a 95 percent ethanol, mix six cups of alcohol with four cups of water.

Next, you should place your paper towels or cloths into an airtight container and fill it with the alcohol solution until they are completely submerged.

You should wait five minutes for the wipes to soak up the solution and then you can use them.

Store the wipes in a tightly sealed container and store them in a cool, dark place to prevent alcohol evaporation.
