Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been isolated in Los Angeles since departing the Royal Family on March 31. The former royals are currently self-isolating in movie mogul Tyler Perry’s mansion. But as Meghan turns 39 on August 4, royal expert Katie Nicholl has suggested that the former Duchess could mark the occasion with a change of scenery.
Ms Nicholl said that it has been a “really intensive time” for Meghan and Harry.
She added that by the time Meghan celebrates her birthday, she will have had her second court hearing in the case against the Daily Mail.
The couple have also recently attracted controversy when excerpts from a new tell-all biography, called ‘Finding Freedom’, were released to the press.
‘Finding Freedom’ contains bombshell claims about the former Sussex royals’ departure, but Meghan and Harry had no involvement in the book.

Because of the recent controversies and the stress of relocation, Ms Nicholl points to a road trip as Meghan’s birthday getaway.
She said: “It’s been a very stressful time for Meghan, so it wouldn’t surprise me at all if she does actually decide to just go on a road trip and have a change of scenery.
“I mean, they’ve been at the house that they’re renting ever since early March now.
“They really haven’t been out much at all. They haven’t seen their friends.
“They very much been in self-isolation and on lockdown, and it wouldn’t surprise me if she just actually needs a change of scenery.”
But it was also reported that that Meghan has made plans to host a small celebration outside of Los Angeles.
Meghan was said to have told friends that she and Harry feel “cooped up”, and wants to go with a few very close friends to Montecito.
A source stressed however that all of the friends would be tested for coronavirus before attending the birthday bash.
The source said to the Daily Mail: “Whatever she ends up doing for her birthday, Meghan said it will be low-key.
“She said she doesn’t want to come across as being careless and irresponsible.”
It follows Meghan and Harry celebrating Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor’s first birthday in lockdown.
Daniel Martin, Meghan’s best friend, revealed that he had joined a “fun Zoom call” to mark the occasion.
He said to People magazine: “We did a birthday Zoom for Archie that was fun.
“Since we haven’t been seeing each other, everyone has been making a conscious effort to check-in, so it’s nice.”
