Alesha Dixon net worth: How much Britain’s Got Talent judge is worth after career success

[ad_1]

Alesha Dixon first rose to fame as a pop singer before moving on to become a television presenter and judge on Strictly Come Dancing and Britain’s Got Talent. The mum-of-two will return to television screens this evening as part of a star-studded line-up for Gary Barlow’s Night at the Museum on ITV.

Over the years, the starlet has grown from a member of girl band Mis-Teeq to a household name in the television world.

According to CelebrityNetWorth.com she is worth an estimated $4 million (approximately £2,900,000).

Alesha rose to fame in 2001 as a member of the all-female R&B trio Mis-Teeq.

They sang hits including “Why, “All I want” and “Scandalous”.

However, the band broke up in 2005 to pursue solo careers.

In an interview some time after the show she said: “There’s always this preconceived idea that people do reality TV shows because they want to kick-start their careers whereas I was actually worried that it would affect it.”

Luckily, however, it had the complete opposite effect.

She went on to release a new album titled “The Alesha Show”.

It was then announced in 2009 that she would be replacing Arlene Phillips as the newest judge on Strictly Come Dancing.

However, in 2012 it was announced she would be moving on from Strictly Come Dancing to “pursue other projects.

Later in the year, she joined the judging panel of Britain’s Got Talent alongside Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and David Walliams.

The singer has also been a stand-in judge on behalf of Nicole Sherzinger and Sharon Osbourne on The X Factor UK.

She is a mother of two daughters and is married to dancer and actor Azuka Ononye.

Alesha is due to appear this evening on Gary Barlow’s Night at the Museum on ITV.

The show will feature musical performances by Gary Barlow, accompanied by an orchestra.

It was filmed at London’s Natural History Museum last month.

Alongside Alesha, guests include Michael Buble, Jack Whitehall, Beverley Knight, Alfie Boe, Rick Astley, Jason Donovan, Ronan Keating and Sebastian Yatra.

Gary Barlow’s Night at the Museum is on ITV tonight at 9pm.
