Princess Anne, 70, has some stunning jewels in her jewellery collection including earrings, necklaces and tiaras. She will often also add a brooch to her outfit, just like the Queen. In her most recent video call, the royal wore a stunning piece with a sweet nod to the Royal Navy.
In an Instagram picture from yesterday, the official Royal Family page posted a series of photos of Princess Royal.
Princess Anne can be seen speaking to HMS Albion’s Commanding Officer and the ship’s Captain.
The caption read: “As a Sponsor of HMS Albion, The Princess Royal today held a virtual audience with the Ship’s new Commanding Officer, Captain Simon Kelly, and his predecessor, Captain Peter Laughton.
“HRH, who launched HMS Albion twenty years ago, heard how the Ship’s Company has adapted to new restrictions while deployed overseas.”

The description of the brooch reads: “A Royal Navy & Merchant Services gold and pearl nautical crown sweetheart brooch, with 14 pearls set in 18 Carat gold, the detail of the crown is exquisite, this is a top quality brooch.
“Both the crown and supporting bar are 18 carat gold, both are clearly hallmarked ’18CT’.
“The 18 carat gold is a deep yellow colour, the pin has a reddish tinge, so could be 9 carat.”
This specific brooch which is similar to Princess Anne’s was made by retailer Gieves.
Another said: “Love Princess Anne! Such a hard working royal.”
The royal also has a number of other brooches in her collection including her gold diamond piece which she has owned for more than 50 years.
It takes the form of a loosely-knotted ribbon and can first be seen in 1969 when she met Colonel Frank Borman, the American astronaut who served as a commander of the Apollo 8 million.
Many members of the Royal Family will tend to rewear a number of their jewellery pieces and although Princess Anne has access to a huge collection, she still continues to wear this specific one today.
