In September 2009, Holly joined This Morning, co-presenting once again alongside Phillip.

Philip, who was born in Lancashire, entered a career in broadcasting at the young age of 17 and is best known for his longstanding role on This Morning, which he first appeared on in 2002.

In 2017, it was reported that Phillip was earning more money for This Morning than co-star Holly, even though both were doing the same job.

Holly eventually received a £200,000 pay rise in 2018 to match Phillip’s salary of £600,000, while the pair also earn an equal fee of £200,000 a year for Dancing on Ice.
