How do I know if I have bed bugs?

Because they’re so tiny you might not be able to see them, so you have to look out for four common signs.

Bites: You may wake up to find some small red marks or bites on exposed skin, such as the face, neck and arms

Spots of blood on your bedding: This could be either from the bites or from rolling over and squashing a bug on your bedding.

Bedbug poo: You may find some mall brown spots on bedding or furniture.

Pale yellow skins: You may spot eggs, eggshells or the skins of bedbugs.
