Billie Eilish producer FINNEAS gives fans opportunity to talk to him personally | Music | Entertainment

It’s no secret that Billie Eilish has broken boundaries in the music industry over the past few years. In the past 12-months the 19-year-old has won seven Grammy Awards while only having released one album, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? This month her highly anticipated second album, Happier Than Ever, will hit store shelves just in time for summer. Throughout her journey, the singer has constantly praised the help and guidance of her producer and older brother, Finneas O’Connell.
Finneas – who performs solo as the artist FINNEAS – has recently started working with guitar company Fender for his next project.
In the process, the award-winning songwriter has given some time back to his fans by making himself available to talk to over the phone.
Billie fans will be able to call Finneas directly using one of the following numbers: 833 4-JAZMSTR for the US, or 0800 015 2838 for residents of the UK, between today (Wednesday, July 21) and Wednesday August 4.
Callers will be able to leave Finneas a message asking him a question about his creative process, as well as Fender’s new guitar, the American Acoustasonic Jazzmaster.
A lucky select few will receive a call back directly from Finneas, where he will tell all about his music-making process.

To celebrate the Jazzmaster Hotline, Finneas opened up about working with Fender products.
The 23-year-old producer said: “The American Acoustasonic Jazzmaster can truly change your whole sound if you know how to use it.
“I’ve taken it with me on tour, in the studio, and on shows like SNL. So, here’s your chance. Hit me with a question, and we’ll talk about what this guitar can do for you and the sounds it can unlock.”

Finneas was always going to find success, according to his mother Maggie Baird, who described him being “obsessed” with music as a child.
She told CBS: “Finneas became obsessed with music. Billie never ever stopped singing – I mean it was insane.”
Despite finally making it in the music industry, Finneas has never shied away from being the protective older brother of Billie.
In a candid conversation with The Sunday Times, he said: “We have a team we really trust and our parents around.”
Finneas continued: “But I always think of it, because of the amount of people we meet. I’m always trying to help facilitate the safest environment for her.
“[Billie] is 19 now, but over the past couple of years, she was very young. And so I’ve wanted to be as protective as I can.
“I never wasn’t in a room with her when we wrote with other people in the first couple of years.
“Part of that was the feeling: ‘I want to keep this kid safe.’ Not to be overbearing, but just a witness. Make sure that nobody is being a creep.”
