Melania Trump: Former first lady rewears Burberry trench to watch baseball

The former US president and his wife did the tomahawk chop with Atlanta Braves fans ahead of the game between their team and Houston Astros. The couple were seen at the World Series despite Donald calling for a boycott of Major League Baseball only a few months ago.

The former first lady was seen multiple times in the trench coat while her husband was in office.

A memorable occasion was when the couple arrived in Europe in July 2018 – Melania wore the trench as she disembarked from her plane.

The Trumps were spending their first evening in Brussels before heading to the UK at the end of the week.

It seemed fitting for Melania to wear a British garment, and she paired the trench with £525 Christian Louboutin heels.

At the World Series game last night, Melania’s golden hair lay in subtle waves down her back and her make-up was its usual bold look.

The former first lady wore lashings of black mascara and purple-blue eyeshadow.

She opted for a slick of light pink lipgloss and her nails, which seemed fake, were painted a pearly white.

Melania was seen without a bag, but she accessorised her outfit with two large gold rings.

Melania is a fan of trench coats and has been seen in multiple different versions over the years.

As well as the classic Long Kensington Heritage Trench, Melania owns another coat by Burberry.

Costing £2,091, the Burberry suede trench coat is brown and features black and brown tortoiseshell buttons.

Melania wore the autumnal coat in November 2019, as she prepared to fly to Florida for Thanksgiving with Donald and their son, Barron.

The former first lady paired the trench with above-the-knee brown suede boots and finished the look with a pair of tortoiseshell-rimmed sunglasses.
