Kate wears Diana’s pearl bracelet for Remembrance outing with Will, Charles & Camilla

Kate Middleton joined Prince William, Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles this evening for the Festival of Remembrance. The Duchess of Cambridge represented the Royal Family on behalf of the Queen, who continuing to rest following doctors advice that she is to only perform “light duties”.With most attendees wearing black as a sign of respect, Kate had chosen a coat style dress for the occasion and Princess Diana’s three strand pearl bracelet on her wrist. 

Kate and the other members of the Royal Family arrived at the Royal Albert Hall to pay tribute to all those who lost their lives in conflicts.

The Duchess sat alongside her husband, father-in-law and his wife in the royal box at the annual Festival of Remembrance.

Princess Anne was also in attendance, as was Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence, the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester, the Duke of Kent, and Princess Alexandra. 

Alfie Boe started the ceremony with a rendition of the Take That song Greatest Day.

The 100-year anniversary of the Royal British Legion was marked by poet Tomos Roberts, who gave a version of his specially commissioned piece Alive with Poppies.

Kate had chosen a dark tweed midi dress for the outing. 

The dress which is made by the brand Eponine is believed to be a re-wear for the Duchess. 

She first wore it back in 2019 when she attend a special performance of Dear Evan Hansen in the West End. 

It features a flattering V-neck with jewelled buttons from the bottom of the V to the waistline, and was a midi length. 

The piece of jewellery itself is a Nigel Milne creation and it was designed as part of a charity collection which helped raise funds for a women’s health charity once called Birthright, which Diana was a patron of.

It is made with three rows of pearls and diamond and pearl spacers. 

The bracelet is just one of many pieces from Princess Diana’s jewellery collection that Kate wears.
