Kate has been known for her love of mixing high-street fashion with designers over the years and has recently worn many casual jumpers while on video calls to key workers during the coronavirus lockdown. Casual jumpers are a staple in many women’s wardrobes and the Duchess is a big fan.

Stepping out at Cutty Sark in Greenwich last May to launch the King’s Cup Regatta, Kate styled the jumper with tailored trousers, heels and a red clutch.

Her top in the Joostricot Striped Cotton Blend Sweater retails at around £320.

Lalla added: “Prints are huge right now, but what makes stripes so great is that they’re the most classic prints of all and make a great statement piece on their own.

In other recent video calls Kate has been seen wearing jumpers from Zara.

One plain bright bold orange jumper was a Zara number and she paired it with Catherine Zoraida Fern Leaf Earrings which cost £165.

In another Zoom chat about mental health, Kate was pictured in a green jumper.

Susie says: “Green is a very calming colour in colour psychology and is a wise choice given the topic they were discussing.

“Red or black would have been too aggressive or intimidating, so a green jumper was a great smart/casual and bright choice.”

The Duchess always remains elegant even on casual and relaxed days.
