Holly Willoughby steals Meghan Markle’s style with initial necklace

Holly Willoughby has become a style icon since becoming the face of This Morning alongside Phillip Schofield. This week the star took inspiration from royalty though, wearing a piece of jewellery that was made famous by Meghan Markle. Holly wore a gold initial necklace from the same brand that the Duchess of Sussex wore when it was first revealed she was dating Prince Harry.
The necklace has been one of the brand’s best sellers since its launch in 2008, and is popular among many celebrities.
The pretty personalised piece has been seen on Mila Kunis, Frankie Bridge, Fearne Cotton, Jodie Kidd, Rochelle Humes and Tess Daly.
Customers hoping to get the look can pick and choose the charms for the necklace, including birthstones, letter, numbers, hearts and stars.
They can even add new letters or stones later on, by buying the charm and sending the necklace back to the jeweller for it to be adapted – something many customers do if they want to add another child’s initial.
Meghan has also worn another initial necklace in recent years, wearing an Aurum + Grey “A” necklace as a tribute to her son, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor.
On Monday Holly paired the necklace with an outfit from JCrew, including a sweet denim shirt and a colourful patterned skirt.
The pleated midi skirt is available to buy online, available in a wide range of sizes in petite, classic or tall, and is £132.
The brand is another favourite of Meghan’s, and she most recently wore a similar denim shirt to Holly in a video for Save the Children’s Instagram accounts.
The Duchess wore the shirt to read Duck! Rabbit! to her son, Archie Mountbatten-Windsor, for his first birthday.
