Sophie and her family took part in a beach clean up earlier this week. Sophie, Edward and their children all took to the stony beach to help the environment.

Judi said: “James clearly likes playing pranks on his sister , which could mean he’s inherited the Windsor sense of humour from his father.”

The body language expert also claimed Sophie’s family face a challenge when it comes to her new, more public role in the Royal Family.

She looked at the family dynamics, as well as how the two children were adapting to the public role.

“Louise and James bear some signals of shyness although they both look absorbed when the rubbish-picking starts,” Judi said.

“The suggestion is that this family might have been enjoying the comfort of their lower-profile royal life, but are having to learn to cope with being suddenly thrust into the front line and spotlight now that Andrew, Harry and Meghan have all stepped out of the Firm’s line-up.”

She has assisted in a number of volunteer centres “privately, without any fanfare,” according to the Daily Mail.

Sophie has been attended a London kitchen at least once a week to make meals for hospital staff.

Sophie has also been helping at Rhubard, which is a catering company that is also providing meals to NHS staff.

It seemed during the coronavirus lockdown Sophie was the only royal to do such face to face meetings.
