“Harry’s accent was sounding more neutral by the time he made his ‘exit speech’ before quitting the UK and now he is using a much more trained, media-friendly-sounding style of delivery for his new career as a podcaster he seems to be making a very active effort to sound different and un-royal.”
According to Judi, Harry’s wife Meghan is unlikely to have influenced his accent switch.
She said: “The influence to change might not have come from Meghan, who was heard cooing over her husband’s voice in their podcast trailer, suggesting she is a fan of his accent.
