There is an area for parents to write what their child’s treat will be.

It reads: “If you complete all of these missions today you will be able to have a … after dinner.”

Nanny Louenna said: “There is no denying that parenting can be hard at times, particularly when you are sleep deprived and with often confusing and conflicting advice out there.

“I wanted to combine all the tips and tricks I’ve learnt over the years and put into one, easy-to-access place.

“Wherever you are or whenever you need, I’ll be in your pocket armed with reassuring information and advice to help you through your parenting journey.”

Kate Middleton’s nanny was not originally on the mum-to-be’s list of requirements for motherhood.

However, the Duchess of Cambridge found herself requiring help shortly after her first child George was born.

In fact, the Queen made the heartbreaking admission to the Queen one Christmas.

Expert Katie Nicholl made the revelation in documentary Kate Middleton: Heir We Go Again.

She said: “Kate was having a conversation with the Queen in which she confided that she had found being with George on her own, and not having a full-time nanny or a maternity nurse, very hard.

“William and Kate wanted to be hands on parents, and they did it until September and then they recruited a nanny.”
