Dani Dyer has revealed the name of her new-born son in a podcast she hosts with her dad, Danny Dyer.

Dyer, 24, shared the news that she had given birth to her son on Instagram earlier in the week, but omitted the detail on everyone’s lips – the name of her bundle of joy.

In the latest episode of her Spotify podcast Sorted With The Dyers, which she hosts with her dad, she revealed that she had called her son Santiago.

In a pre-recorded voice note, the Love Island star said: “I know you’re probably all wondering what we’ve called him, there’s been a lot of assumptions going on – some are actually really funny, to be fair – but his name is Santiago.

“I know a lot of people are probably thinking ‘what?’, but yeah, that is his name and I think it sounds nice on the birth certificate.”

She also said she and partner Sammy Kimmence were “so in love with him”.

She added: “I honestly can’t believe it, he’s finally here, our little boy.

“I never thought I’d meet him. I felt like it was going on and on, but me and Sammy are so in love with him.

“He’s just so perfect and the feeling is just incredible, I can’t put into words how it feels.”

After the birth, proud grandfather Danny Dyer shared the news in typical style, writing on Instagram: “So my baby had a baby. F*** me we needed some joy this year. So proud of you @danidyerxx cannot wait to meet the little beaut.”

Dani revealed last July that she was expecting with Kimmence, whom she had dated before she appeared on Love Island in 2018.

She rekindled her romance with Kimmence after her split from Jack Fincham, who she won the ITV show with.
