Martin Bashir, who created the documentary Living With Michael Jackson, also took the stand for the prosecution.
The journalist showed the documentary to the jury, but refused to answer any questions from the defence attorneys.
Long after Jackson’s death, Bashir spoke up about the documentary once again.
Speaking to ABC news, Bashir announced: “Certainly, when I made the documentary, there was a small part of that which contained a controversy concerning his relationship with other young people.”
