Meghan Markle, 39, and Prince Harry, 36, have announced they are expecting baby number two. In the snap of the loved up couple, the Duchess and Duke sat on the grass surrounded by trees. 

“His wide beam has the look of excitement that you might normally only expect when a pregnancy has first been confirmed and celebrated, so we can imagine Harry has been floating on some small cloud of ecstasy for quite a long time now. 

“Harry’s feet are bare and his soles are pointed toward the camera with the suggestion being that he is so full of joy that he couldn’t even care if he came out for the shots partially dressed.”

Judi explained that she has never seen a royal without shoes and socks on before.

“This is the first time I can remember seeing a photo of a royal male without his shoes and socks and it tends to give the impression Harry has been running around barefoot in the grass in happiness,” she added.

For the announcement, Meghan opted for a sleeveless cotton looking maxi dress.

The crew-neck number featured short sleeves and showed off Meghan’s slender arms.

Meghan’s outfit was perfect for the warm weather that Santa Barbara, California is currently experiencing.

Harry also went for a casual look in the photo with a pair of loosely fitted trousers and a cotton shirt.
