Meghan Markle had “always planned to leave the royals” despite promising to get involved in royal duties when she first joined The Firm. Royal expert and biographer Robert Jobson told True Royalty TV’s The Royal Beat that Meghan “had a plan from the outset”. He described Meghan as “disingenuous” and claimed Prince Harry was now “unrecognisable” from his former self.
Dickie Arbiter, the press secretary to the Queen, reacted to Meghan Markle’s remark in 2017 to be “boots on the ground” for the Royal Family,
He said: “Less than a year after it all disintegrated.”
Mr Jobson responded: “Well, the people that changed are not the Royal Family, they have been consistent throughout all this.
“Harry is barely recognisable.”

Mr Jobson accused Meghan of always planning to leave the Royal Family.
He continued: “I think she [Meghan] is totally disingenuous.
“I think she had a plan from the outset that she wasn’t going to stick with the Royal Family.
“It didn’t take long, before all that thanking the Royal Family.
Mr Arbiter described their statement on the future as “petulant, rude and immature”.
Mr Jobson agreed: “The rudeness of the statement they issued after they left.
“Frankly, they have been given a lot of slack, but they were damn right rude to The Queen and the Royal Family.”
This comes ahead of the couple’s highly-anticipated tell-all interview with Oprah Winfrey in March.
Commenting on this interview, royal commentator Victoria Arbiter added: “This is Meghan and Harry trying to win over and woo Americans.”
