Kate Middleton arrived for her day visiting primary school children this afternoon wearing a £65 maternity dress that she wore when pregnant with Princess Charlotte.

She wore a pretty blue and green floral dress by  Seraphine. The Duchess was seen in the dress twice when pregnant with her daughter.

She added a £299 wool coat from Hobbs to the look, shielding her from the harsh British weather. 

The pregnant 35-year-old wore a navy blue coat and matching accessories.

The smart double-breasted coat had six silver buttons and appeared to be wrapped around a blue print dress.

She added towering suede navy shoes to the look.

The blue hue perfectly complemented Kate’s stunning sapphire and diamond engagement ring from her husband of six years Prince William.

However, Kate went solo for this appearance, visiting the Reach Academy with Place2Be, in London.

The Duchess of Cambridge has been a patron of Place2Be since 2013, reflecting her interest in children’s mental health and the importance of supporting children and families to give children the best possible start in life. 

Kate bent down to speak to excited children who waved and smiled at her.

Kate Middleton has spoken out about mental health issues before.

In September last year she starred in a video supporting a mental health initiative for young children. 

She said: “Encouraging children to understand and be open about their feelings can give them the skills to cope with the ups and downs that life will throw at them as they grow up.

“It’s important that our children understand that emotions are normal and that they have the confidence to ask for help if they are struggling.”

It all depends on the gender of their third child, according to statistics.

Data from over 6,000 families was used to test the probability of a couple with three children having another.

If the next royal baby is a little boy this puts Kate and William in the category of parents most likely to have another child.
