Lidl opening hours: What time does Lidl open this May bank holiday?
[ad_1]
The bank holiday weekend has finally arrived in the UK, meaning most people get an extra day’s rest, including a three-day weekend. Lidl‘s opening times may be slightly different to normal on bank holiday Monday, however, and you should check whether your local store is open before setting off.
If you’re looking to go food shopping on Monday, you’ll still be able to grab some last-minute snacks.
The ‘stay at home’ message has been lifted across England, but there are still some Covid restrictions still in place.
You’ll only be able to meet up in groups of six, or with one other household, in outdoor settings.
But that means you’ll be able to enjoy your bank holiday Monday with friends and loved ones, if you choose to do so.

Shoppers hoping to explore Lidl will get the chance between 8am and 8pm on bank holiday Monday, in most cases.
Each bank holiday has reduced opening hours at Lidl, whether it be the spring, early summer, or late summer bank holidays.
Rest assured, however, that your local supermarket will be open as normal for the remainder of the week.
The usual opening hours for Lidl are 8am to 9pm, Monday to Saturday.
The government’s ‘stay at home’ order was lifted at the end of March, but you should still only venture out for essential shopping.
You can only meet up with five other people in outdoor spaces, or two households.
Indoor mixing between households is still completely banned and should be avoided, the government has urged.
If you go into a Lidl store this weekend, you should also still remember to wear a face covering, unless you’re exempt.
