The mother-of-one walked down the aisle wearing a custom-made Givenchy gown designed by Clare Waight Keller.
It had a boat neckline and three quarter length sleeves with a full length skirt.
She completed the look with the Queen Mary tiara and a long veil.
Commenting on the big day, body language expert Judi James stated the couple showed “genuine romance”.

Meghan appeared to be confident in the new world she was entering into, with Prince Harry showing more signs of “anxiety”, Judi claimed.
She said: “Meghan and Harry were new to the public as a couple in a way that Charles and Diana and William and Kate were not.
“This was a far more modern wedding, with Meghan showing all the signs of utter confidence as she walked alone up the aisle and took her vows and it was Harry who we saw reduced to a series of anxiety rituals.”
These signals from Harry on his wedding day could have come as a result of nerves surrounding the big day.
Judi continued to say he appeared nervous as he showed his genuine happiness and gratitude for his future wife.
“Unlike his father before, Harry unwittingly injected a lot of the romance into the day by a series of nervous glances and feature-softening looks of love,” the expert continued.
“These suggested he was totally smitten and still unable to believe his luck in pulling such a beautiful US TV star.
“It was a little as though the wheel had turned around completely from the days when it was seen to be Diana who had scored with the man of her dreams in marrying Charles.
“The romance here came in a much more accessible, modern and recognisable way.”
Judi added the body language dynamic was “unlike royals before” and appeared very accessible.
Meghan and Prince Harry are likely to be celebrating their anniversary at their home in California with their son Archie Harrison.
The Sussexes are due to welcome their second child this summer.
