Kate Middleton has launched the Centre for Early Childhood, an initiative to be run by the Royal Foundation, the charitable operation of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. She revealed the new project with a video shared via the Cambridges’ social media accounts.
The gown featured short puffed sleeves and a midi skirt.
The dress cut off at the knee and the Duchess chose to leave her legs bare.
The outfit is available online for £225.
It features an elegant sweetheart neckline, cap sleeves, a fitted silhouette and a pencil skirt with a back vent.
Kate completed the look with a pair of nude high heel shoes.
Following Covid-19 regulations, she wore her favourite floral facemask.
She kept her jewellery to a minimum wearing a pair of blue diamond earrings and a matching necklace.
About her new charity project, Kate explained: “My own journey into understanding the importance of early childhood actually started with adults and not with children.
“What has become clear, is that the best investment for our future health and happiness is in the first five years of life.
“And that is why today I am launching the new Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood.
“By working together, my hope is that we can change the way we think about early childhood, and transform lives for generations to come.
“Because I truly believe the change starts at school.”
