Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall: Royal dazzles in bold print for Freedom Day
[ad_1]
This was a no-mask event seeing as July 19 signifies ‘Freedom Day’ for the reopening of Britain’s economy.
Camilla stunned the crowd wearing a navy blue knee-length dress with a selection of bird feathers printed on the fabric.
This comes after mainly positive reviews of Camilla’s fashion in Wales, Oxford, and London over the past two weeks.
She paired the outfit with a beige handbag, a matching beige umbrella, and her signature beige kitten heels.
The umbrella was beautifully laced, and would most likely be to keep the Duchess feeling cool amid the July heatwave that’s suddenly appeared.

The Duchess accessorised the outfit with gold and white drop earrings and two pendant necklaces – one in silver and the other gold.
She was also wearing her staple gold bracelets which fitted in with the rest of her accessories superbly.
Her makeup was simple and elegant, and her hair was styled into her usual bob with her fringe gently curled to the side.
Camilla recently wore this same outfit visiting nurses in The Whittington Hospital in London back in May.
DON’T MISS:
Again in June, Camilla wore this dress to launch the Story Trail at a picnic in St James Park with school pupils.
Kate Middleton is often praised for having an economical wardrobe in terms of re-wearing outfits.
But lately, the Duchess of Cornwall has been doing just that and receiving praise all around for doing so.
The crowd burst into applause when Camilla exited her car and made her way towards the entrance of the cathedral.
She waved to the crowd and then made her way towards her husband who was chatting to other attendees.
This event was very important seeing as it is the first day masks are no longer compulsory inside buildings, and Exeter Cathedral was no exception.
Earlier this month the Duchess visited the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.
There she confided in an MA student, William Pearson, just before an opera performance, touching her mask and telling him: “I can’t wait to get rid of these.”
These comments caused a bit of a stir on social media about royals commenting on matters of politics.
But the Duchess’s massive smile today in Exeter showed she was happy to be there without the usual face covering.
Camilla could be heard laughing and chatting to other guests outside the cathedral as they were enjoying the hot weather.
She celebrated her 74th birthday two days ago on 17th June and received many happy birthday messages from other members of the Royal Family.
Prince Charles and Camilla are due to visit Cornwall this week so all eyes will be on Camilla’s wardrobe and if she re-wears another statement outfit.
