Dolly tweeted the book’s cover as a gif and teased on Twitter: “I’ve combined my love of storytelling and books with the release of #RunRoseRun, a novel I’ve co-authored with @JP_Books! Pre-order your copy today!”

While Patterson tweeted: “I am delighted to team up with America’s most beloved superstar, @DollyParton, to bring you Run, Rose, Run a new thriller about a young singer/songwriter on the rise and on the run…and determined to do whatever it takes to survive!”

Run, Rose, Run will be accompanied by a 12 track album of original songs by Dolly that will be inspired by the book.

Speaking with PEOPLE, she said: “All new songs were written based on the characters and situations in the book. I hope you enjoy the book and the songs as much as we’ve enjoyed putting it all together!”
