Thanks to decades of television work, as well as savvy investments in property, Kevin has amassed quite a fortune.
While he is best know for his Grand Designs presenting, Kevin owns his own architectural company, called MCC3 Ltd, which turned over profits of more than £3million in 2019 alone.
It is not know how much money the company made in 2020 and whether the coronavirus pandemic affected profit.
But, Kevin can also command up to £25,000 to speak at corporate or private events.
Taking all this into consideration, according to Celebs Age Wiki, Kevin is estimated to be worth between £1million and £3.5million.

Kevin was born in Bedfordshire on May 8, 1959, and he started his working life as a designer, initially training in theatre design.
The Grand Designs presenter worked on a variety of productions before setting up his own lighting business, named McCloud Lighting.
But over the years, his focus shifted to television presenting and writing.
Kevin’s first book, named Kevin McCloud’s Decorating Book, was published in 1990.
In 2005, Kevin was awarded an honorary doctorate in design from two universities – Oxford Brookes and Plymouth University.
In the following years, he received an honorary fellowship from the Royal Institute of British Architects.
But it was in 2014 when he was awarded an MBE to services for sustainable design and energy-saving property refurbishment.
As for Kevin’s personal life, he was previously married to Suzanna McCloud, an interior designer.
The couple met when Kevin was in his thirties and tied the knot in 1996, a few years before he got his big break on Grand Designs.
Following 23 years of marriage, the couple split in 2019.
A representative for Kevin told The Daily Mail at the time: “I can confirm that, sadly, Kevin and Suzanna separated. We won’t be making any further comment.”
From his marriage to Suzanna, they had two children, Milo and Elsie.
And Kevin also has two older children, Hugo and Grace from previous relationships.
Little is known about his children, although his eldest Hugo has pursued a career in architecture, like his father.
The new series of Grand Designs airs Wednesdays at 9pm on Channel 4.
