Camilla Parker Bowles: Duchess dazzles in ‘gorgeous’ green dress

[ad_1]

Camilla was seen today accompanying Charles as he helped gardeners plant a tree at the Royal Botanic Garden. Although the Duchess of Cornwall watered the tree and held Charles’ tools, she stood most of the time by his side, underneath an umbrella, as rain slashed the Scottish capital.

Hanging from the gold flowers are detached gold half hoops with small pearl drops.

Not only were these earrings spotted earlier this month, but also earlier this year in July, just after Camilla’s birthday.

Joining Prince Charles at Exeter Cathedral, Camilla donned the jewellery with a navy-blue feather print dress by designer Fiona Clare.

She completed the outfit with her favourite pair of orange leather heeled shoes.

A jewellery expert spoke to Express.co.uk about Camilla’s earrings, giving an estimation of their worth.

Alexandra Michell, a gemologist from the Prestige Pawnbrokers of Channel 4’s Posh Pawn, said she believed the earrings “could be a birthday present”.

She added: “If they were to sell at auction, they’d reach in the region of £5,000.”

As for make up, Camilla today wore lashings of black mascara and had subtly coloured in her light brown brows.

Her white hair was styled in its usual natural waves.

Clarence House posted images of Camilla and Charles on its Twitter page today.

The post’s caption read: “The Duke and Duchess of Rothesay are kicking off a day of engagements in Edinburgh at the beautiful Royal Botanic Garden, to celebrate @TheBotanics’ 350th anniversary.

“His Royal Highness is Patron of the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh.

“At the Botanic Cottage, His Royal Highness meets science staff and hears about current research and initiatives addressing the impact of the biodiversity crisis and climate emergency.”

Royal fans were quick to praise the couple and commented on Camilla’s dress.
