Expert claims Meghan ‘hugely different’ at Ellen compared to Oprah interview

The Duchess of Sussex will be on the Ellen Show on Thursday. A preview of the interview showed Meghan chatting about her life with the presenter, who happens to be her neighbour in Montecito, Los Angeles.

During the interview, Meghan talked about when she used to travel to where the set of the Ellen Show is based to audition.

“I would park on gate three and I would scoot on over and the security guards here would always say ‘break a leg, I hope you get it’.

“So driving today was very different,” she recalled.

This is the first time Meghan appears in an interview since the controversial conversation with Oprah Winfrey, back in March.

During Oprah’s interview, Meghan exposed how was their time as working royals.

Body language expert Judi James commented on Meghan’s speech and explained she looks very different in this new interview.

Judi said: “This clip shows a hugely different Meghan from the regal, super-poised whistle-blower of the Oprah interview.

“Speaking to Ellen she is chatty and much more mobile in terms of her body language, using toe-tilts and batons.

DON’T MISS

“Some active preening and hair-smoothing, as well as an almost constant smile and laugh of upbeat good humour.

“We’re being shown the Meghan from her acting days here, sharing funny ‘insider’ stories with Ellen and using illustrative and mime gestures to do so.

“Her story about climbing into her can from the back involves a whole acting-out of the experience in a bid to make it funnier for the audience,” Judi said.

However, Judi suggested this “funny” approach could have another purpose.

To appear on the Ellen Show, Meghan wore a white Oscar de la Renta top.

The bouse had balloon sleeves and cut out pieces.

Meghan finished the outfit with black trousers and matching stilettos.
