Queen Letizia stuns in recycled burgundy look in Madrid – ‘most stylish’

Queen Letizia stepped out today in Madrid for World Cancer Day. She stunned as usual in a chic yet sophisticated ensemble – here’s how she did it.
The staple of Queen Letizia’s outfit was a black textured knit midi dress.
Priced at only €29.99 (£25) from high street favourite Mango, this is an item that any Queen Letizia fan can attain.
This simple and elegant dress has the versatility to be paired with endless colours and styles, but the royal fashionista opted for burgundy accessories to tie the look together.
Her burgundy statement leather jacket was fitted, and perfectly complemented the dark dress.

While the royal found a bargain in the black textured dress, her Caroline Herrera jacket would have cost significantly more.
However, she made the conscious decision to rewear this jacket, having also been spotted in it in June 2017.
Sustainability focussed, Queen Letizia was happy to step out in the same statement piece she wore to attend the inauguration of the Botin Centre in Santander with King Felipe VI.
To accentuate her slender waist, Queen Letizia opted for Mohel Store’s ‘Granatta’ Belt in Bordeaux, which perfectly matched the jacket.
DON’T MISS
Fans of the Spanish style icon will be delighted to know that this was a new purchase, and is available to buy for €85 (around £71.85).
The chunky accessory was designed and handcrafted in Spain.
She completed her look with even more burgundy accessories, opting for a clutch bag and pumps, both from Magrit Shoes.
Ever recycling her favourite pieces, the Queen has worn both of these pieces before.
Letting the bold burgundy motif speak for itself, Queen Letizia was the epitome of elegance with very simple jewellery.
Her Double Dagger Earrings, which are made out of white gold and diamonds, add an edgy element to her look.
According to The Court Jeweller, she debuted these earrings at the 2017 Discapnet Awards at the Somontes Club in Madrid.
They were created by Spanish designer Gold and Roses.
To complete her jewellery look, she opted for a gold Karen Hallam ring.
The Queen was pictured in a mask, but her makeup appeared minimal, with a subtle smokey eye look.
She wore her long, dark tresses straight.
Instagram users took to the social media site to comment on her style choices.
Under a post by Royal Fashion Police, @birdnerd327 stated: “Love this black and red together! And love that the dress is such a bargain!”
@niveen.beauty branded her “the most stylish woman”.
Royal fans can easily create this polished look by pairing a simple black dress with one bold, block colour.
Those who wish to mirror Queen Letizia should opt for a dark dress and pair with a bag, belt, blazer and shoes in a colour of their choice.
It is no doubt an effortless way to turn heads and can easily be done without breaking the bank.
