Walt Disney World Signature Restaurant Reopens With New Look
[ad_1]
The Walt Disney World Resort ushered in the return of Narcoossee’s
signature dining restaurant to the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
Originally debuting in 1988, Narcoossee’s reopens in a newly
refreshed space that leverages the restaurant’s prime spot and panoramic views
of Seven Seas Lagoon. Guests will be welcomed by cast members and witness cerulean
details and artwork taking them on a journey from land to sea.
With a fresh interior and plenty of new menu items inspired
by the cuisine of Florida and the southeastern coast, the updated eating establishment
honors the tradition of culinary excellence at Grand Floridian with a modern
twist.

Narcoossee’s has an array of offerings for guests of all
ages, from sustainably sourced seafood to inventive fare from the land,
including meat- and plant-based options.
In addition, the menu offers new dishes, such as an ocean-inspired
charcuterie board, beef and ricotta tortelloni, roasted vegetable paella and blackened
redfish. Other popular items returning include bisque, plancha-seared scallops
and prime New York strip steak.
But what’s dinner without a drink and dessert? The
restaurant offers an array of Victorian-inspired cocktails, zero-proof
beverages and a curated wine list designed to complement each dish.
Dessert options range from Almond-crusted Cheesecake with
Lambert cherry sauce and Chantilly cream to new creations such as the Berry
Pavlova, a combination of fresh Florida berries and citrus served with bright
yuzu cremeux and a tableside pour of anglaise.
The reopening of Narcoossee’s is part of a multi-year
transformation of the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Guests can make dining
reservations up to 60 days in advance, but ongoing work at the restaurant in
May and June will result in reservations being unavailable.
