“And I get a special treat. I get to play with John Farnham which I’ve wanted to do for years and years.
“We know each other. We have a history and we’ve been emailing each other going, ‘Ah we can do this and this and this…’ So that’s a little extra treat for me.”

May had visited a local RSPCA team to see the work they are doing with the wildlife affected by the bush fires.
HIs fans were overjoyed by the one of him playing guitar to Bear. The adorable creature was perched on his shoulder, clinging to his shirt. May later confessed he’d wanted to take Bear home with him but “they wouldn’t let me.”
He added: “I haven’t cuddled a koala before, so it’s pretty thrilling. I’m used to cuddling badgers and foxes and deer that we rescue…”
May also posted another adorable picture of himself with Bear and urged people to watch the concert and donate to the cause.
He wrote: “I’ll be thinking of this lovely chap on stage tonight. If you wanna donate to the animal rescue operation, please see the link in my Bio. Bri.”
Donations will go to the Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal’s Fire Fight Fund.
