Juventus star Cristiano Ronaldo has been dating Georgina Rodriguez since 2017. Rodriguez told the Italian media her first encounter with Ronaldo came while she was working in a high-end clothing shop in Madrid.

Ronaldo was a Real Madrid player at the time and Rodriguez revealed the attraction was instant.

She said: “The first meeting with Ronaldo was at Gucci where I worked as a sales assistant.

“Days later we saw each other again at another brand’s event and it was then we could talk in a relaxed atmosphere, outside of my work environment.

“It was love at first sight for both.”

In an interview with Piers Morgan on ITV last year, Ronaldo opened up on his marriage plans.

The former Manchester United star said: “She helped me so much. Of course I’m in love with her.

“We’ll be (married) one day, for sure. It’s my mum’s dream as well. So, one day. Why not?

“It’s great. She’s my friend. We have conversations.

In 2019, Rodriguez also revealed her desire to one day be married to Ronaldo.

“Every couple wants to get married and I would love to personally,” she said earlier this year.

“Right how we have priorities and a lot of responsibilities.

“Although in the future it would be marvellous to become Cristiano’s wife.”
