Chelsea head coach Frank Lampard says he will address any offers for his players on a case-by-case basis amid links Arsenal are preparing a move for Jorginho.
Chelsea are trying to sign West Ham’s defensive midfielder Declan Rice which could push Jorginho further down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge.
The 28-year-old has been linked with a potential move to Inter Milan to be reunited with former boss Antonio Conte.

However, Mikel Arteta was the assistant to Pep Guardiola at Manchester City in 2018 when they had a verbal agreement in place to sign Jorginho from Napoli.
Chelsea hijacked the transfer at the last minute but Arteta may return for the Italian before the October 5 deadline.
The Gunners are trying to sign Lyon’s Houssem Aouar and Atletico Madrid’s Thomas Partey.
Lampard was also quizzed on the club’s efforts to sign Rice, a player who they released from their academy in 2013.
“Again they are rumours,” he added. “I can’t speak about them and I can’t speak about speculation for players who are playing for other clubs.”

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta fielded questions about Jorginho earlier in the day and he said: “We are still open to improve our team.
“We are looking for different options depending on what happens with our players here.
“We are getting prepared just in case we need to do something.”
When pressed further on Jorginho, Arteta added: “I cannot open up on players that play for a different team and their qualities. It’s not appropriate.”
