“That could be how many personal appearances away from a Grand Prix track, how many personal appearances during a Grand Prix weekend, how far they can be from your hotel, how long they can last.

“You could have a half an hour appearance but if it is one hour away from your hotel it is two and a half hours out of your evening, you end up getting back late and not getting a good night’s sleep.

“You have to make sure the drivers are well prepared for the Grand Prix but it is also in the team’s interest to make sure the primary sponsors and partners are getting value for the millions that they spend.”
