The well-served fan ejected from Rafa Nadal’s match last night has claimed her new found fame proves his matches are “boring”. And “Lisa” revealed she had only been in the Rod Laver Arena to watch a women’s match.
The woman disrupted the second round match of the 20-time Grand Slam winner by calling out: “Hurry up, you OCD f—k” before she was thrown out by security.
She gave Nadal a one-fingered salute on her way out in footage which went around the world.
The unidentified woman used the name of “Lisa” in a hilarious interview on Melbourne radio station 3AW today.
The Sydney-based fan admitted she had “one glass of bubbly” which “possibly” had an impact on her outrageous behaviour. And the self-styled “tennis aficionado” said her daughter “wasn’t too happy” with her antics.
And “Lisa” revealed: “I’m certainly not a fan of Nadal. I think he’s incredibly boring and he goes through all those OCD rituals all the time.
“The only reason I happened to be at the match is because I wanted a ticket to see the previous female match between Coco Gauff and Elina Svitolina and I stuck around to watch the boring Nadal.
“The very fact that apparently pictures of me have gone viral, even around the world, reflects on how incredibly boring his matches are, because why would you want to focus on a spectator?”
“Lisa” claimed she could be returning to Melbourne Park today. “I might need to go in disguise – and I certainly won’t be wearing the outfit I wore,” she added.
“I’ll be keeping very quiet.”

Nadal saw the funny side of the incident – and her one-fingered salute on her way out – after beating American qualifier Michael Mmoh 6-1 6-4 6-2.
“It was to me I think,” laughed the French Open champion. “I was surprised, yes, but at the same time was thinking: ‘Poor girl’. Maybe she had too much gin or tequila!”
When asked in his courtside interview if he knew the woman, Nadal said: “No – and honestly, I don’t want to know her”.
