The PGA Championship has proven to be as tricky as expected at Kiawah Island with strong winds wreaking havoc on some players. There have been those such as Brooks Koepka, Louis Oosthuizen and Phil Mickelson who have excelled through the opening two rounds.
Koepka has missed the cut in his last two events with the American still feeling some issue from surgery on his knee back in March.
But the four-time major winner has been on top of his game at the PGA Championship, barely putting a foot wrong.
However, there are a host of top golfers in touching distance of those at the top of the leaderboard.
Lee Westwood, Collin Morikawa, Matt Fitzpatrick are all in a big group of players who could all make a run up the leaderboard on Thursday.
Rory McIlroy also enjoyed a far better second round to avoid the cut and put him in a position to challenge.
But it was another bad major championship for world No 1 Dustin Johnson, who’s two-over par in the second round saw him finish six-over through the first two days.
And that isn’t enough to get him through to the weekend with the likes of Sergio Garcia and Zach Johnson also missing out.
Find out the full list of players to miss the cut at the PGA Championship below.
