Novak Djokovic joked that he hoped the last-16 match between Marton Fucsovics and Andrey Rublev goes on for a long time after moving into the quarter-final at Wimbledon.
The World No 1 will play the winner between the pair in the next round and quipped that he wanted the match to be exhausting for both players to make his next round match easier.
overcame Cristian Garin 6-2 6-4 6-2 on centre court to move in the quarter-final at the Championships.
Djokovic is hoping to match the 20 Grand Slams that rivals Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer both have by winning a third consecutive Wimbledon.
Fucsovics and Rublev were heading into a deciding set just as Djokovic had finished easing past World No 20 Garin.

He lifted the French Open in front of empty venues at Roland Garros last month.
“Yes I am delighted [to win], but I am also delighted to see more fans on the centre court today. It’s lovely.
“It’s a pleasure to see you all. I want to thank you for coming. I hope you enjoyed the match as much as I did.
“I wish to think that it (centre court) is a second home to me.
“It has been a dream to come and play here and it is probably the most sacred court that we have in our sport.
“This court gives you more goosebumps than, probably, any other court in the world.
“I have been very fortunate to play many matches on centre court. I have to recall the first time I played here, it brings back the memories so thank you.
“It has been a while but I can recall that this court has always evolved and evokes the most special feelings… butterflies, the nervousness that any court can provoke in a player.”
Djokovic is favourite to win the tournament after performing so well at the French Open.
He ended Rafael Nadal’s domination at Roland Garros by beating the Spaniard in an incredible final.
The 34-year-old continued: “My confidence levels are high. After winning the French Open… that was probably one of my biggest wins under those circumstances.
“Two five-setters, two four-setters. It took a lot out of me but at the same time it gave me wings.
“It gave me the confidence boost that I needed for Wimbledon.The energy levels are really good, I’m really pleased.
“This (grass) is the quickest surface in sport, so obviously coming off of clay takes a little bit of time to adjust your game and to make sure that you are at your best.
“The further the tournament goes, the more I feel like I am comfortable playing on grass. I am looking forward to the next challenge.”
